I still keep getting the error page when I fill out the form. I wonder if this means they don't want people at the moment, or if it's worth chasing up with them?

He/she is talking about the correctly delivered survey which they give you £5 for.

Quick question - I'm going away overnight in late September, leaving Tuesday morning and returning Wednesday afternoon. I will be able to post anything necessary on both days either on the way there or back but am concerned about post arriving as I will leave before the post arrives on the Tuesday. Do I need to tell them about this or would I be okay to enter everything late on Wednesday?

To be quite accurate in the reporting you need to be able to tell them which day each item arrived on, and you won't know what arrived on the Tuesday and what on the Wednesday.

So you should really tell them, though even if you do, you may still have things arrive.

Whether you tell them or not depends, I suppose, on your own honesty.........

Is there not an option to say you are not sure which day something arrived? I believe there is so on Wednesday select that for anything you receive. (Though if the post/frank date is on the Tuesday you can be safe in believing it arrived on the Wednesday.)

I would use the option 'not sure'

No, but I did sign up for it and, if I remember rightly, the survey was not starting until September. I only got my email and instructions for the latest Correctly Delivered survey a week before it started so hopefully we will hear about the Unaddressed Mail survey either at the end of this month or the beginning of September :)
