    Hi Shelly.
Smart envelopes - they come in every posting, for now pop it to the side, if you do have smarts to return that will be loggoed on your home page.

When you log in, (just as you did when u did the letters to same person), on there, there is a box that says smarts, if your posting needs a smart in that letter there will be a box that has 4 letters eg QWER then the smart, small piece brown foam (excuse description), there be a sticker with the same letters, this you then enclose in with the letter.

When you recieve a smart, when you load on postage recieved your go through through the windows and if you have smart click smart recieved then next screen you enter the 4 letters.

    Hope that helps xx

    Hi mum2one

Thanks for replying. It may be the heat affecting my brain but I am still confused :undecided Do I send the actual brown foam thing in the envelope? You mention a sticker with the same letters on, is this attached to the outside of the sealed SMART? Do I open the sealed SMART? I know I sound stupid but I just want to make sure I am doing this right. Once I know what I am doing everything will be great :rotfl:

    Thanks
  • I have just finished my training and got a email today saying that i am now on a short break due to being over subscribed in my area has anyone else had this and know how long you normally wait to get back on

The SMART stays sealed in the clear plastic it is part of it and never needs to be opened, each smart has a sticker with a 4 letter identicfication code stuck on it.

If you are asked to return a SMART to Kantar then you remove it from your stock and put it in the grey SMART return envelope and post in any post box.

When using to prepare your post for the week he whole thing goes into the envelope that you will prepare to send on to another panalist when asked for a SMART and the 4 letter code will identify which SMART you are being asked to put in:)

I've been lucky enough to win of the daily £10 prizes. Are these normally sent to you by Special Delivery?

Reason I ask is that, I had an email confirming that I'd won on the 30th July and that it would be sent to me in the following couple of days. I've come back from 2 weeks holiday and nothing's in the post but I have got a Royal Mail card saying they're holding something for me that requires a signature. Could that be it?

    Thanks, Birdy

I still keep getting the error page when I fill out the form. I wonder if this means they don't want people at the moment, or if it's worth chasing up with them?

Yes - it's likely to be that. They do use Special Delivery - presumably because the arrangements with RM give them it for free!
