So when it says is there a Royal Mail postmark, Should I put yes if it is an indica?
I am sorry to be so dumb, and I really appreciate your time.:Aessex girl in exile0 -
No, an indica is just another type of payment for postage the same as a stamp or franking mark.
A postmark is what Royal Mail prints over a stamp to indicate the time/date it was processed.
Examples of postmarks are shown in the training guide under postmarks, Frank Marks and SSC codes explained to help you recognise them."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Correctly delivered question for you.
I clicked the link on the home page of the site for the correctly delivered survey, and I presume I've been accepted as the correctly delivered box has now appeared on my task bar.
However I don't remember the dates, although I think it was the end of August. Will I get a confirmation email before it starts telling me what I need to do and when?
Just check the green bix on the home page if it isn't active then its not that week, (I had to keep checking mine for 2 sets of Mondays to see when it was).
On one at mo. Good sign as I was rested a couple of months ago. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
mum2one - did you receive an email about the correctly delivered survey or are you still logging in each day for the message?
As I'm off the survey at the end of this week, would appreciate to know.
Thanks0 -
This has now closed to new sign ups.0

I'm being rested at the moment but still doing the correctly delivered surveys and am starting one next week. They did email me to ask if I wanted to do it (had to then go to the website to confirm) and then again today to remind me!0

There was a message on my home page, but they also send it via email that you had registered.
I just pop on once a week, that way if they do ever log on at Kanter there see that I am still keeping an eye on my end.xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hi, I'm new to this thread, I first did the survey about 3 year's ago, but when I moved they had no vacancy for me on the panel.
Then in March got an email out of the blue!
One strange thing that happened I got my mail one morning usually around 11.30 am. Then about an hour later I heard something come through my door, it was another letter and I could tell it was a survey letter as I could feel the smart.
But written on the front and back of the letter was ''Found on Pavement'' So my postie must have dropped it and then someone has seen it and pushed it through my door!
I've enjoyed reading other people's posts on the Royal Mail survey:j:j:j
Oh I'm on my second Correctly Delivered stint, last time I had 2 wrongly posted items - think Mr Postie needs specs sometimes.0 -
Already the Post Office's are beginning to 'feel the draught' as the volume starts to decrease - dramatically.
As the only entity in the land, allowed to sell it's services based on 'Price Bands' then, surely, it is time to scream 'enough is enough!'
I ask you to imagine a table tennis ball - neatly packaged and less than 50g. Alongside, I have a 22mm thick slab of Toffee, weighing 500grams.
The Table Tennis Ball costs £2.70 to post. The slab of Toffee - £1.60.
Now to my 'bleat' about stupidity, and, un-fairness, in NOT charging by weight.
All of the items I manufacture in 'clear cast resin' have a packaged weight of just under 750 grams. One gram over, and, I am in trouble with my costings. Unit Postage Cost = £2.70p
A customer buys three of my items, and asks for a reduction in postage charge. 2250 grams with Royal Mail, costs me £10.30. which is £2.20p dearer than if I posted the items individually! Three time £2.70 = £8.10p.
My customers think the worst of me, and do not believe any system function this way. Believe me, this one does, and, will see the death of the Royal Mail, as we knew it.
Already those counters are beginning to empty of customers. EBay sellers of the small items, like used baby clothes, etc, will simply 'burn' what they do not need - or pass to a specialist charity shop. Do yo blame them?
GREED has driven our once great service, to the edge of extinction. To make it work as it should, put a 'Postman' in charge' not a money grabbing financial freak.

This is a place for members of Royal Mail's survey panel to help each other and discuss issues connected with the survey. If you wish to whine about Royal Mail then please go and do it somewhere else.2020 Wins:
