  • Wonder if someone can assist me - have just started receiving items with smarts and today received an envelope and it states that it is a test item sent on behalf of TNS and to return everything together with other test mail. Now, who do I return it to? Do I include it in with my weekly smart returns or do I send it somewhere else?

Don't worry about that. You did have to return stuff however that changed recently. They are just using up old inserts. So just treat it like any other items and dispose of it. :)

Just had my rest notice. In 5 weeks I should not be receiving any more items or posting packs. :(

Take no notice -when it happened to me and I phoned them, they said it was old instructions they're still sending out by mistake and there's no need to return anything.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Got mine today, too. Our dog is going to miss getting her rewards for picking up the post. :)

Just hoping I have not been found out. Got a letter today. On the back of the flap was Thurs, 10-1, PO.

Just lucky there was not a smart in the envelope or the postman might have clicked on. Be nice to have a break. Not having to go out in the cold to post letters.:)

I have been doing the survey for a while.

I have today received a packet as part of the survey. However, the postage stamps haven't been stamped with a post mark (hope this makes sense). Instead it appears as though someone has used a pen and written a 'X' on one stamp, a number on another stamp and a different number on the last stamp. Does anyone know whether I can re-use these stamps or are they now been made redundant with these pen marks ?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
