Received my posting pack today but it's missing an envelope for one of the posters :( I have e-mailed TNS reporting it but how long do they typically take to respond? It has to be sent on Wednesdat, if possible.

You can also call them on the HELPLINE: 0800 015 3150 number on your screen

True, closed now though. If I have no reply to the e-mail by tonight, I shall call them tomorrow morning.

Anyone heard anything more about the unaddressed mail survey yet? I just checked the original email and it said it would be happening at the beginning of September, but I've not had any further info from them.
And as it's now 30th August.......
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Did you accept the invitation on your daily task page?

If you did it should really be on your daily tasks by now if you are taking part because it usually appears about a week before it is due to start:)

Haven't had an invite, so I've obviously not been chosen for whatever reasons.

If you received an email there would have been an invite on your page to accept after checking you were available for the dates of the survey, it may be that enough people signed up before you checked your daily tasks page and so the invite wasn't there:)

Received my posting pack today but it's missing an envelope for one of the posters :( They have added an extra SMART Return envelope by accident instead (I received one last week after joining the survey proper). I have e-mailed TNS reporting it but how long do they typically take to respond? It has to be sent on Wednesday, if possible.

I had one missing a few weeks ago. I emailed and they said they would just note that it wasn't there for me to post.

I did have to email twice to get the response though. I think I have found that I don't get a reply when I use the address on the website but do when I use a variation on the address which I had used in the past.

I haven't heard anything either and nothing has appeared on the survey website (I've been doing a correctly delivered so have been checking the site daily and I just checked again now). If it follows the same procedure as Correctly Delivered surveys then we should receive instructions by email a few days before it starts.

Might be worth everyone checking the survey site if you haven't done so in the last day or so as there is a new correctly delivered survey available starting 24th September. I love these as its easy money, we rarely get misdelivered items :)

My invitation was on the survey website today. I have signed up. It's easy when you either rarely or never get misdelivered items. :T

Ignore everything I said on this subject as I was talking about a correctly delivered/misdelivery survey as I misread, sorry:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
