I thought it was always at the beginning of the month.
It varies slightly. I've noted the following during 2012 - stamps coming with the packs for periods beginning

They've managed to send me my posting plan along with someones elses plan, R numbers and envelopes for next week. I can't see them getting it sorted out in time so I might be having a lazy week next week. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

How do you contact them when something like this happens? I posted here that for this weeks postings (i.e. received last week) I had a missing envelope. The phone number, when open in the mornings, constantly seems to have a message that lines are busy and to try later. I've also sent an e-mail to the address under Contact Us on the TNS page and also an e-mail address given here TWICE yet had no reply :mad:0 -

A fair point - they really do seem to make themselves difficult to contact.
Perhaps an anonymised email to the Royal Mail CEO, Moya Greene (moya.greene@royalmail.com), asking her why they're so difficult to get hold of might stir them up a bit.0 -
I managed to get through on the phone straight away this morning. Otherwise the email on the contact us page - it normally takes them a few days to get back but sooner or later I've always had a reply. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Looks like the summer holidays are over - I've only been getting 2-3 items per week for the last few weeks. Got my pack for next week yesterday and there are 8 items! That is the most I've ever had in one week. Ah well, I'll be rested in another month or two2020 Wins:

Is the pack one that goes to all different people or is the pack one that all the letters go to just one person?0
