These are training packs with all the letters going back to the panel. One you start sending letters to different people you should be getting the stamps monthly. You should have got stamps with the first training pack. If you did not get any it might be worth getting in touch with them.

Received a test item this morning. It appears to have no R number insert but does have a SMART. It was also sent via TNT. What am I supposed to do?

EDIT: Never mind, found the R number!

OK, next question. What do we do with test items? Are we supposed to return them once logged or not?

Just log them and then shred them. I tend to just keep them for 1 week just in case there are any problems.

Finally managed to contact someone today about the missing envelope. Called just before 9.30am and got straight through immediately.
