    Hi

Possibly the person who sent me a box test item last week which arrived with m 9th June will read thuis and help me out. :D

I have a Smart PLNL but I shredded the paper with the R number on it before I registered it online  - I know!!!
I was having a Bad day:o I should have waited and done the postal entries another time .

If the person is reading this I would be eternally grateful for a PM with the R number so I can compelte the entry, other wise I will have to phone up and confess my guilty secret.

Can't help with the 'R' number - but don't worry if you have to phone. I made a right hash of one weeks postings and got 2 items mixed up - when I called them to 'fess up they were very understanding and helpful.

PS why do you shred the page with the 'R' number on it ? I just use them as scrap paper.

sometimes they have queries on your recieved items so best keep the envelope and R number form for at least a week before shredding it ... just incase had a few queries over the year's ..

i had details of someone family tree inside my envelope the other week sent them on to return them to whoever sent it to me just incase they were searching for them

this week i was also getting wrong smart number when i entered it online ...dont know if Smart was faulty or wrong one sent to me and didnt correspond with R number i had entered .. never had that before

  • I had a couple of items to post yesterday at different times. I used two different post boxes.

When I was entering the details online, both items were flagged with a query. The "system" claimed that the last collection time for both boxes was noon whereas the correct times as shown on the plates were nearer 6pm. The "system" accused me of posting after the last collection in each case.

Anyone else had a similar problem?

when it comes up as query just confirm that your posting was right, next time you enter the details you can change the time of last collection, I had to do that yeseterday on mine as it was saying midnight collections! (if only) x

Yesterday, all my post boxes were showing as having last collections at 12:00! I tried to change them and it kept getting stuck in a loop and saying the same time so I just ticked yes in the end. I think it was just a glitch in their system as I haven't had this problem before.
