Ive been asked a few times if I received a red card before but I've been in at the time and hadn't got a parcel then. I'm guessing this is my first although I have delivered one. Still got the red card though thanks.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Some weeks I only have one or two to post but other weeks I have 5, 6 or more. Often when there is more posting, one or two are posted on the same day, so it doesn't seem so bad.0 -

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

As I advised, just post your items in your nearest postbox, even if you are instructed to post them at a post office. Also don't get hang up by the times that you requested to post them. Just ensure that you post your items before the last collection time on the day you are instructed and confirm the post time online. Only make a trip to the post office if you are going there for a specific reason; for example to do shopping in town where a post office exists.
You will then hopefully find that this is not OTT.0 -
Has anyone had this situation before? Last Thursday I received a card through the door from the postie saying that they had a package to deliver to me but it had insufficient postage on it. I'm 99% sure its a postal survey item as my address is slightly different to usual. If I pay the postage plus fee I'll be £1.90 out of pocket! I emailed last Thursday but received no reply and have rang them three times so far this morning but they don't answer! Help!
Plus when I finally receive the item do I record the date of receipt as last Thursday or the day I actually receive it?0 -

This happened to me a few weeks back and it was a survey item.
I put the correct amount of postage stamps on the card that put through my door and resent it and they delivered the item.
I rang and managed to get through to the survey people and they said this shouldn't have happened, so the stamp had either fallen off or it had not been put on and the person sending it hadn't noticed.
She apologised and sent me 6 1st class stamps, so that I wan't out of pocket.
Hope this helps.2019 Prize Total - £0/0 Prizes 2018 Prize Total - £100/1 Prize 2017 Prize Total - £250/2 Prizes

rather surprised at this post.
The whole point of the survey is too ensure you post at the given times and if at a post office it is done correctly.
If one is going to post when they feel like it then the whole point in doing the survey is lost. For example they ask you to post after 13.00 now the box you post it may have a last collection time of 14.30.Going by you reasoning you post the item at 09.30,a relief collection is then carried out at 11.30 however the last collection is not carried out for some reason(as an ex postie I know it happens) then this will not be recorded because you decided to post it before the given time.0
