Ihave just realised that I relieved no reward stamps for may due to being away a week. Should I call them and tell them?0

You do have to wonder about the intelligence of an organisation that asks you to post something on a Saturday 'After 1 PM but before final collection' - given that there are very few post boxes in the entire country (and certainly none within 50 miles of here) with a Saturday collection after 1pm!0

I've only had 1 Saturday one to post I think but I wasn't well that day and left it till the last minute, mindlessly stuck it in the box just before 1pm then noticed last post was at 11am! and this is in a London Borough (may well have been a later post at the post office but was too late by then). Agree they should at least put 11am or something though!0 -

In the past when I've been on holiday when I've been due to get "paid" they have always sent the incentive stamps separately a little later. I've just received my last posting pack before I go on my 6 month break - this was for the week beginning 11th June - and it had the usual stamps and a diamond jubilee presentation pack in it.0

I've just realised that it's been ages since I last received a test item that didn't have a 'R number' - those that you can easily mistake for junk mail.
Is it just me, or are they not using so many of these now ?
They always were a nuisance as they never seemed to tie up with what was on screen, and once Kantar started using our real initials, it was hard to tell them apart from junk mail.0 -
I've had lots of the test items, mags and stuff so they are still doing them. If I am unsure about an item I just press on the test items I may receive and it tells me if I am due the item or not.
I received a red card on thurs which won't get delivered till wed now. I'm almost certain it will be a test parcel so should I just put in the date that I receive it (wed) as it will be redelivered, will this be ok?Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

IIRC you get extra options when you enter details for a parcel, including details of the red card - it's a while since I had the parcel so can't quite remember it exactly.0 -

I had a one off Studio catalogue the other week, it didn't appear in the list online for a week or two after I received it so I thought that was just junk mail from when I started entering competitions, lucky I hadn't binned it... they should make sure stuff is listed before we receive it.
Also got 6 items to post in my next batch which seems rather a lot for one week..0 -
Oops!! I get so much junk mail from entering competitions and most of it goes in the recycling. I hope I haven't thrown any away by accident!
I assumed they would have something on the address for me to know it was for the survey or at least come up on the screen when I go in to the survey.
Where on the survey screen are they listed?2019 Prize Total - £0/0 Prizes 2018 Prize Total - £100/1 Prize 2017 Prize Total - £250/2 Prizes
