Oh and by the way when I said I was tempted to put them in the PB, I was going to record that on the system, I would never put them in the PB and then say that I took them to the PO as I think that would be mean.

I asked about posting at a post office when I started as my local post office was closed several years ago but it still shows as a post office box on the survey website. They said it didn't matter and I could post the letters anywhere within my postcode area, unless of course they were so large they had to be handed over a counter. I was told the day of the week and getting the mail posted before last collection are the most important things.

EDIT - This was my situation, it might be worth emailing them and asking them if its really necessary to post them in different boxes, at least you will know for sure then.

Thanks for the advice Saetana, I'll email them, and see what they say. It is only a small envelope I have to post so I can't see it being a huge problem as long as I log the details properly. I noticed when I did the first couple of weeks of testing there was no post to take to the PO only PB, so I must admit I was a little surprised when I had to start going to the PB. I'm waying up if it's worth continuing with if I have to start using my car all the time to take the post. Thanks again for you help.

I agree. My post box is literally across the road from me and the Post Office is a 10 minute walk if it is a nice day for a walk or a couple of minute drive.

I have been doing this for a few months now.

After looking at this thread and the previous thread :

    1. Even if I am requested to post items at a post office, I almost always post my letters in my local post box, which is less than a 5min walk away.

    2. I don't make any special trips to the post office for any of my items unless I am having to go that way for a specific reason.

    3. I always post my items before the last collection time.

    4. If I miss a day, I just post the item on the same day next week before the last collection time and just update my profile accordingly.

Net result...I have no complaints, still posting, getting my reward stamps, etc.

Worst result...I will get warned and, if so, I will just change my modus operandi.

My advice...Just post everying in your nearest post box and don't put yourself out until you are advised otherwise.

    HTHs.

Many thanks for your help and advice DonaldDuck, and yes it does help and you talk a lot of sense.

Totally agree with what donaldduck1 says, don't get hung up on the finer points. Most of us who have been on the survey followed the same kind of logic and none of us had complaints from Kantar.
