Forgot to mention, I've also had two catalogues exactly the same recently and luckily I opened them both to find a smart hidden inside one! So be careful what you throw away!

You are meant to open and check all junk mail just in case it's a survey item and has a smart in it:)

I assumed they would have something on the address for me to know it was for the survey or at least come up on the screen when I go in to the survey.

Have just started doing this and received 1 set of stamps so far in first assignment. Have posted 2 lots already over 2 weeks of same items and just received the 3rd to be posted next week again its the same thing as the last 2 lots.

What happens if I cant (or forget ) to post them on the day required but post both items on the second day requested? I logged them both as posted.

Also what do I do if I am going away at end of the month for a week?

If for any reason you cannot post the item on the day required just post it the following week on the same day and time. If you are going away just make sure you log your holiday on the holiday information on the website ASAP.

I do open all the junk mail I get so I can shred my name and address, as I do with all the post I receive, so I would have found a SMART or R Number in them by now if I had received any.

I will make sure now that I check a bit more carefully, just incase .....

I received a red card on thurs which won't get delivered till wed now. I'm almost certain it will be a test parcel so should I just put in the date that I receive it (wed) as it will be redelivered, will this be ok?

Keep a note of the red card so that you can record it when you do register the receipt of the box. You will be prompted to say whether you received the card. (A box arrived when I was in so the postman could hand it over to me but the question about the delivery card popped up online.)
