They sent me an email saying they are currently having problems with their query systemCurrently we are experiencing problems resolving some types of query via the Royal Mail Survey website. Please do attempt to resolve queries via the website first. However, it is possible that for the next 1-2 weeks, you will receive a follow-up query via an email such as this. We would be grateful if you could click on the link in the email and select Confirm, Amend or Unsure as usual.

Can anyone help please? I received an item yesterday and the white paper inside said at the top:
Receiving Panellist
After checking and recording the information below, please put this insert back in the test envelope before returning it to Research International
I have no idea what to do with this item (I've already recorded it online) as the only return envelopes I have are for Kantar (SMARTS). Do I really need to return it and, if so, where to and do I include the SMART?
Thanks very much if anyone can help, first time I've had one of these.2020 Wins:

Hi,
I believe that that is just old paper they are using up. Before you did have to return the items that you received. With regards to SMARTS you keep them all unless they ask you to return them on the manage my SMARTS page. Hth0
