It is there for old members, but not for newbies. Newbies will not have any surplus Smarts until they begin to receive mail from other panelists.
When it is needed I think the 'manage my smarts' button will appear.

I have to send a smart tomorrow but they have not allocated me a number I have 3 in my possession but they only allocated the one on Thursday

sometimes the paper copy differs from the on-line version, if the online says smart and it hasn't allocated a smart, when you go through the process of preparation then ask for a smart, you click the list and then choose a smart, it will update itself from there.

don't be daft, its all trial and error, just the computer site is the upto date one, the paper, more for theposting times and location, xx

Did everyone get their packs for next week today? I did not get mine

I know it might be late but it normally comes today

Does anyone know if they still do the parcel survey I was doing that as well as the postal survey. I have not had a parcel to send for about 3 months. I have finished the postal survey this week for 6 months so is the parcel survey stopped for 6 months as well?

I haven't received mine either. Usually get it n the preceding Saturday, or the Monday. Well in advance. Nothing this time.
