Hi all
, I've only been doing this for a few weeks but got an email last week saying they were putting me on hold as they are oversubscribed in my area (something like that anyway!).
Anyway, today I get an envelope with more stuff to post for this week? Do I post it or presume i'm still suspended?
Thanks for any helpStayHome * StaySafe * BeKind0 -

If the stuff is online they post as normal. The pack was probably already in the system before they sent the email. So, it was too late to cancel off the system.0 -
Ok, ok it takes guts to say ive been a bit of a twit.
I got my training pack just over a week ago. My first envelopes and the instructions were included as well as a few smarts to be retained for use later on.
Today I send my first envelopes and ive done everything as I should. I shall be popping out to the post office later.
However..... I cant find the smarts that should have been put aside for future use. They are not in the envelope with the other stuff. Ive searched high and low for these things and cant find them. I can only think that maybe I chucked them away with the rest of the junk post I had that day. The bin men have been now and I cant go hunting through the bin.
Now i'm ok for todays postings but what the heck am I going to do when I need them?
Advice would be appreciated please.:oThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Do you remember receiving any Smarts in the first place?
I had the same problem when I first started, couldn't find the Smarts and had no idea what I was looking for. My first Smarts arrived a week later than the posting date.
You will know when you get them. They are about 5 by 3 inch pieces of foam and heavier than paper so it is very hard to miss them amongst your posting information.
If you think that you haven't received any yet then there should be a section that lets you say that no smarts are included in the posting.0 -

I had exactly the same thing happen to me - I did about 4 weeks training and was then taken off. Since then I've done a correctly delivered survey. But I still had a couple of things to post off after they emailed me, so still send them off as per the posting plan.0 -
