I know it sounds daft but were they already allocated to the letters you posted and you'd put them inside when you prepared them? Smarts get removed once the letters have been posted that contain them.

I had to stick a label identifying number on what ive just sent out so I know all is well with what ive just sent.

I'm just wondering what these pieces of plastic were that fell out of the envelope with my training pack.

judi...sign in to the website and click the tab "news and features"...about half way down if you keep scrolling past the graphs there is a picture of both the old and the new style smarts...once you see the pics you might be able to remember if that was similar to what arrived in your training pack.

Sounds like you didn't have any sent to you then. When they are sent to you they will be listed in Manage My Smarts.

So maybe you are not a twit after all!! :rotfl:
