After 11 weeks of re-training posting letters every week, I complained 10 days ago that I had been doing so longer than I expected. Their reply was that it was an IT problem and to bear with them.
YESTERDAY I received an email saying it would be sorted very soon and to bear with them as there was a constant shortage of panelists in my area.
TODAY I receive an email saying that due to being over subscribed in this area I was being rested. :mad:0 -

Contrary to your post title, I think that, sadly, most of us would believe it.0 -
Just a quick question,
Been doing the postage small packets, envelopes etc,
How offen do you get stamps ? I got some in may with a set of steam train stamps but nothing since !!!!Jane x0 -
I'd recommend checking the weekly envelopes very carefully - they generally enclose a slip of paper saying here's this month's thankyou stamps and you find them loose in the envelope.
If you haven't had anything like this then I'd suggest you ring/email them.0 -
Just had this email
"
Important message ***Mystery Shopper email claiming to be from TNS***
Dear Audrey Francis,
TNS have been advised of a suspicious email, claiming to be from TNS, that has been received by panellists. The example we have seen offers a job opportunity for a mystery shopper and advises the recipient to reply providing the following details:
Name
Full Address
Postcode
Mobile/Home phone number(s)
Email Address
This email has not been sent by TNS, so we ask you that should you receive it, please do not respond and report it to us so that we can investigate. If you are in any doubt about any communication received from TNS, please contact us on 0800 015 3150 or postalsurvey@tns-ri.co.uk
Thank you for your continuing support.
Regards
Postal Survey Team"
The email address it is from is postalsurvey@research-int.com which I've had mail from before so is legit but my name isn't Audrey Francis.
What do you think? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Hi
Mine also says Audrey Francis. Maybe she contacted them querying the email. Most emails I receive from them say 'Dear Panellist'Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -
I got the same email, but the relevant point is about being wary of a mystery shopper invite.0
