I hope they replace it as it was just round the corner from where I live so really convenient to use.

Oh no, how inconvenient. Let us know when it comes back ............................ .......................................that's if it comes back.

I hope they bring it back, was so easy to just walk the dog round there on a morning to post the letters, etc. There is another box at the top of the long road where there was a Post Office and one across the local park but they will take a bit more effort, especially when the weather is bad.

Quick question for you all. Does the post office use the postbox collection day tabs anymore? All the postboxes I use always have an empty slot. Is this countrywide or just in my area?

Where there is a slot in my local ones, they are changed daily although we do have 1 or 2 where the post box does no have the slot.

Likewise in my area, plus there is one which is permanently SATurday.
