She then proceeded to tell me it had to fit through the small parcel slot (45x35x8mm). I said I'd looked it up on the royal mail website and it could be a maximum of 16x16x16cm, she begrudgingly agreed but said it wan't going to fit in the example box she had. It fit perfectly in the box. I asked if that was ok then and got an evil look in reply. Don't think I made a friend there...
Also, I got a letter the other day that said once I'd put the details in online, to put the insert back into the envelope and send it back to Research International. I couldn't find anything about this on the training instructions (maybe I was looking in the wrong place) - has anyone had to do this? Which address did you send it to?
You use to have send the letters recieved back, but they stopped all that, but they haven't updated the paperwork xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Well, that was a first today. I had two of those boxes to post this week, as neither were for my weekly trip into the city centre I decided I would walk up to the nearest post office (its not miles but it is up two very steep hills and I have bad knees) with one parcel this week and leave one until next week (they HAD to be posted on different days of course). The post office I used (and also posted a letter and some smarts at) does not have a post box and all mail is given in over the counter, so I tried to find it using the website with no joy. I found the address using the Post Office website but it still did not recognise it. I've emailed them with the details and hope they can sort it out for me, I also told them not to send me any more parcels in the process unless they are for the one day I go into town. I checked the FAQs but that just said to email, hope they don't take ages getting back to me as the letter was left over from last week when I was ill and I'm worried about it disappearing from the website, sigh2020 Wins:

I shall be interested to see what response you get to that request. I suspect they will ignore it and just keep sending them out.
If they do agree, I feel there will be a number of others on here who will make the same request:)0 -
Hi all, normally on my task list I'm asked to post mail after 10am which suits me just fine. I've got one for tomorrow that that says to post BEFORE 10am -which is difficult for me.
I have read advice on a previous page (no. 101) that as long as it's posted before the last collection it'll be fine - but why do they ask us to post so early in the day if that's the case? Just wondering really."...and in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make".0 -

Some post boxes in busier areas have a collection around 10am, hence post before 10am, - but as long as you post the same day, theres not a prob xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
