I'm finally doing my first lot of training. When it tells me to post the letter at post office do I use the post box there or do I actually have to hand it in? Thanks0

Always try to use the box outside the post office...only on the odd occaision that you have a parcl to post do you need to hand it in and thats only because they are too large to fit in the slot.
In the frequently asked questions section of the website the answer to your question is given as
Posting the items in the Post Box outside the Post Office is fine and is our preferred option.

Now on my 11th week of training. Emailed them and apparently it is an IT problem and they have more than 50 people who are still training after they should be. It is getting very boring posting 2 letters a week to the same person and not knowing if or when I will re-join the main panel, think it is time to give it up altogether.0

Might be worth sending them an email asking if they are going to send you monthly stamps as you should have been on full panel by now!0 -
I have already mailed them and reply was that training should be for posting 10 items but due to an IT problem there are some long delays in training being completed. They added that they are trying to get it sorted out as soon as possible. I did get the few stamps at start of training but don't expect more from them.0

Nearly got charged £5.60 for the box in the post office today - I put it on the counter with the £3.00 stamp on and said "I think that's the right postage", the lady took one glance and said "No, £5.60". She then proceeded to tell me it had to fit through the small parcel slot (45x35x8mm). I said I'd looked it up on the royal mail website and it could be a maximum of 16x16x16cm, she begrudgingly agreed but said it wan't going to fit in the example box she had. It fit perfectly in the box. I asked if that was ok then and got an evil look in reply. Don't think I made a friend there...
Also, I got a letter the other day that said once I'd put the details in online, to put the insert back into the envelope and send it back to Research International. I couldn't find anything about this on the training instructions (maybe I was looking in the wrong place) - has anyone had to do this? Which address did you send it to?November GC: £50.55/£130. October GC: £72.60/£150
September GC: £131.27/£170. July GC: £62.48/£80. May GC: £135.00/£150
April GC: £201.91/£140. March GC: £194.98/£200. January GC: £111.41/£200.

The letters that come with that instruction are old stock (and probably come from company rather than a private panelist). This question comes up on this thread from time to time.
The answer is not to send the items anywhere but dispose of them as you would anything else after recording the receipt.
Up to about two years ago, each week we used to have send received items (envelope and contents) back to Kantar. At that time they provided plastic envelopes to use.
They really should have used up the old stock by now but clearly they haven't realised what is being sent out. Though I would expect that people who don't use this thread do email them about it and yet they still don't correct it.0
