Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

Hi
I registered a while ago & forgot all about it then I got an email this month saying I can join. So far I have received 2 packs of test letters to post and 16 stamps.

I have been looking on their website but I can't find the answers to my questions:
- How long do I do the training for?
- Will I then have surveys to fill out or will it be posting things?
- What does SMART stand for?
- What rewards to you receive for surveys?

Look under training - survey guidelines in training and you will find information about length of training.

Look under News & Features and you will find a lot of information including that on SMARTS. Useful to look at this on a regular basis as this is where they put any new information.

When you finish training you will start to send and receive letters from other panel members each week, for which you receive a monthly payment of stamps.

The other surveys are not sent out to everyone. If you are lucky enough to be selected for them, the payment is usually £5 Love to Shop vouchers for a 3 week task.

I received the email yesterday too and logged in within about 2-3 hours of receipt and no message there. Not had that happen before and wonder whether everybody got the email but only some of us were actually being invited. Wouldn't surprise me given the mess they seem to be in. Perhaps this morning's work on the website will improve things.

Yes. They now do a rotation with members. You should be invited back in 6 months but it can be a shorter or longer time. You then have to go through re-training again which lasts about 4 weeks - complete waste of time in my opinion.

You can still take part in the correctly delivered and unaddressed mail, if invited.

Like you, had the same email this morning. Wasn't sure if mine came because I have just told them I shall be away for 4 weeks but obviously not.
