Not sure from your earlier comments but did you actually do the unaddressed survey for the 3 weeks in May?

If not, sounds to me as though you have been sent the £5 L2S in error.

yes i did do the unaddressed survey. but it sounds like from the email im getting another incentive as i receieved the voucher i have atm well before the email

Who knows with them - they are the most disorganised/mismanaged company but if you have only done the 3 weeks I suggest you are not entitled to another £5 voucher.

When you see how often members are retrained, then taken off the survey but immediately put back on, anything is possible!

i have been doing the unaddressed mail for the last 3 weeks but still have 2 weeks to go ..but the webpage has not been updated so can enter this weeks junk mail s..it is still showing weeking starting 10th June

anyone else had this problem ?

You should have had this explained to you -
the actual survey is for 3 weeks but they add another 2 weeks to allow for you to be able to enter any special items that may arrive later.

The payment comes at the end of the 5 week period.

Do not email them if you are simply delaying posting by a week (or even two). The instructions are on the site to tell you to post on the same day the following week if you can't manage the scheduled day.

They must get more than enough emails to keep them busy as it is without more telling them something which will be notified to them when the thing is actually posted in any case.
