Thank you for your reply LEJC, I did as you advised and gave them a call to see what was happening. It seems that my account has been closed as I have been identified by Royal Mail as a panelist a couple of weeks ago (they just forgot to let me know) :(

Oh no, that's rubbish. And nice of them to let you know! I wonder how Royal Mail identified you?

Sometimes its as simple as reading the instructions that senders put on the outside of their envelopes in order to remind them to post the item at a certain place, time date etc...so its not always the receiving panelists fault.

    Hi

Is it a test item? If it is just enter no R number and it should let you enter the details.

    Thanks getrealbabe
I have just sorted it now there was no R number on it
but the image matched ok, so I scrolled along and the
select tab came up and entered ok
This is the first catalogue I have had and it came saturday
and appeared on site today, I was a bit confused but its ok
now I think, so thankyou for your help and advice
I take it that I do not have to keep these items now, or
should I keep for for while in case of queries

They didn't specify a reason but I should have had an email from head office at the end of May explaining the situation. The guy was really apologetic and said it wasn't anything that I had or hadn't done but my postcode is compromised and therefore I couldn't continue either now or in the future (unless I move house, which I don't intend to do).The only thing I can think of is that a few weeks ago the brown envelope containing my following week's posting items had the bottom corner ripped off, leaving a big enough gap for the smaller white envelopes to drop through, although everything was still inside when I received it. I did enjoy my time on the panel and of course the stamps, so it is a shame that this has happened. Good luck to you all and I hope you get a longer stint on the panel than I had,

    Hi

I look through the magazine then put it in the recycling bin. No need to keep it as you've already logged the details.

I had an item I was supposed to post today (a packet) between 10am and 1pm. Unfortunately I was at an appointment and didn't get back till 3pm. I planned on keeping a hold of it and posting it at the stated time NEXT Monday - but unfortunately I've another appointment I can't get out of!
Will it be ok to post the following week? That will be two weeks after the original requested date? Or maybe I could contact them and arrange (any) another day?
