I received a small packet yesterday, and someone had just stuck a white label over the piece of paper which normally states the R number and type of envelope.
This was the same code I received last week, when someone had crossed out the R number and now the system think's it a duplicate.
Has anyone had this as i have a smart to enter?
Thanks!0 -
Hi, I'm quite new to the survey. I've done the training and just received my first lot of Smarts etc. Can somebody please tell me how you get to do the undeliverable surveys, the ones paid in Love 2 Shop vouchers. TIA xx0

You should receive an email inviting you to take part and/or you will find the invitation when you log in on the website.
You have to be quick in accepting as the places fill up really quickly. It is a good idea to log in every day even if you don't have anything to record, as you are more likely to see the invitation then.0 -
Thank you0

Sounds as though someone doesn't know what they are doing. I suggest you phone helpline and discuss with them.0 -

You could always enter it as "no R number" found, I suppose.
I imagine it would still let you enter the Smart code on the following page.0 -
I tried that and just end up going round in circles!! Thanks for your feedback
I will send them an email when I get home from work tonight with all the details!! Couldn't believe it when I saw this darn number come back!!
