Just a query please I now have 12 smarts in stock
I know I will get a message to return some to RI
tomorrow but is it normal to keep this many ? I
do not want to return more and not have enough
to send out but every week they are mounting up,
if I do return anymore than they ask for do I fill in
on smart returns or just send them back
Thankyou for the useful info on this site it is very
    helpful

Just keep whatever smarts you have until they ask you to return them...sometimes they will ask for a few returned and then send you some more, which sounds strange but I believe that the batteries in them sometimes need a recharge hence being aked to send some back.

At some points I've had up to 16 in stock...and other times ive been turning round the ones I receive in the post quickly to send back out ..

I think smarts are updated on screen once a week on a thursday evening,so you may find tomorrow you are asked to return some when the box turns red when you log on.

Although you only complete details for 3 weeks, RM add a further 2 weeks on to allow for late delivery of any of the identified items. This is why they ask you to keep items for some further time.

They will send payment to you, after the end of the 5 weeks.
    Hope that makes sense.

Many thanks for the reply. I'll know now roughly when to expect my voucher. Do you receive the same value of voucher no matter how long the unaddress mail survey goes on for or does the payment vary with how long the survey lasts?

The length of the survey time will be detailed in your invite email....i am currently doing one which will last 5 weeks.
The standard payment for each invited time period is a £5 voucher.

It is possible to be doing an unaddressed survey and a correctly delivered survey at the same time,in which case that would be 2 vouchers...1 payment for each.

I'm sure this will be easy to answer and has happened to others. I have a post item this week and also next week on my posting list to the same recipient. However I did not receive an envelope for them for this week. Do I ignore or inform TNS?

Just for clarification it is on my online posting list, but not my paper Posting Schedule. I will email them, thanks.

if it is on online posting, it sounds like they could be sending you an extra letter

The post box outside our post office is old fashioned and doesn't have a number on box,is there anyway I can look it up on the Internet,
    Many thanks

Box at my local post office is a brass slot in the wall, in the window of the post office is a poster with the opening and last collection times, at the bottom of the poster is the box number
