I believe that every postbox should be numbered...if you cant pick up the number by the street reference like theatergirl suggests then you may need to contact the survey panel for advice....or choose a postbox outside a post office that is numbered!!!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

Got my post pack this week and I have a box to send
guessing I have to put the foam that comes with it into the box and queue at the counter for this. Hope these don't become too regular.
Just received my first box (from someone else, not to post), it has 565p of stamps but measures less than 16x16x16cm, which means it's a small parcel that should only cost 300p... (just like the 300p packets actually fit large letters costing 90p by the time they arrive).
If I need to post one in the future then not sure how I would convince the PO staff that I just feel like paying twice, since my PO is quite clued up on the cube sized parcels - they even have a box to demonstrate.
I'm pretty sure the postman knows I am taking part in some sort of survey just based on these silly packets which all look the same, nobody else uses £3 stamps, and all the letters are a bit floppy and thick as they have SMARTS!0 -

At my PO the other day, the girl behind the counter said I was overpaying for a normal packet, should only have been £2 something.
I just shrugged and told her that the company I was dealing with sent the SAE packets out...then cheekily added "if they want to waste their millions on wrong postage, fine with me!"

This might be of some help. Enter the postcode to bring up details (including the numbers) of local boxes:

I couldn't find the number of the post box outside my local post office. I ended up having to email the helpline and they managed to track it down for me.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I completed my first Unaddressed Mail survey on the 26th May. I've now been asked to do another longer one. Can anyone give me an idea of when I can expect to receive my voucher in payment of the first survey as nothing has come through yet.0

Although you only complete details for 3 weeks, RM add a further 2 weeks on to allow for late delivery of any of the identified items. This is why they ask you to keep items for some further time.
They will send payment to you, after the end of the 5 weeks.
Hope that makes sense.0 -

Do you mean you have been told you have become a member of the panel? If so, you should receive an email (or possibly a phone call) telling you when you will start to receive your training pack which will probably be in a couple of weeks.
If you have only registered an interest in joining the panel, you will just have to wait until there is a vacancy in your area - this could be tomorrow but is more likely to be at least a few months.0
