    Thanks,

The 1 date is next Tuesday and the other is next Wednesday. So I'll be ok posting both on Thurs?

    Sorry for the questions.

You are supposed to post on the days and at the times stated in your instructions.
If you are unable to do so then phone to ask if you should do it the next day or the next week
If you are unable to post at the times stated then post when you can on the correct day and fill in the times you actually posted online

The instructions on their website state to post the next week on same day" - no need to phone them.

For new people to this survey, you should look at the faq on the RM website as they really do cover lots of the questions asked here.

Got my post pack this week and I have a box to send :( guessing I have to put the foam that comes with it into the box and queue at the counter for this. Hope these don't become too regular.

Debralee, I had exactly the same issue a few days ago and spoke with a chap from rm surveys. He advised me to follow the online schedule. He stated the online schedule is the more up to date one and should 'trump' the paper version if there is any discrepancy re smarts. Hope this helps.

Ditto. Blimey, they're getting good - 2 consistent answers to the same question from different panellists, now that has to be a first.:rotfl:

You dont add a post office as such...but try adding the postbox that is outside the post office...

Apart from the odd parcel which will need to be handed in at the post office counter all other mail that you post at the post office should be in the box that is registered nearest that branch.

When you do have to hand a parcel over at the post office then you still log it in as if you have posted it in the box associated with the post office

you should be able to use the search feature on the TNS website, just type the name of the road its on into the search area and do it that way.
