    Thanks custardy for clarification.

It's quite confusing when free newspaper leaflets are included yet paid for newspaper leaflets aren't.

    Thanks again.

The survey is for unaddressed mail. This is really things you haven't asked to be delivered and doesn't have your address on.

I should think that the paid for newspapers delivered by your newsagent may well have some indication of your address on - eg a brief note to indicate your house name/number and road. Even if they aren't (because the person delivering has a schedule noting who gets what), the fact that they are specifically for your household rather than being a general distribution means they are not included in the count.

I received a phone call and email a few months ago asking if I was interested in rejoining, have done three weeks of training and now they don't need me anymore! :-(

Bizarre, following on from my post of the other day, I just got this email:

"Welcome to the Royal Mail Survey.

We have now registered your details to our live posting panel and you will receive your first Sender Pack in the week commencing 10/06/2013"

Eh?! Sounds like they do need me after all!

Just came home to a nice box. However, it does not contain my postcode on the r label. :(

    Hi

I'd keep it and let Kantar know. (If you input the r label number, it should register as invalid-maybe the SMART as well?)

I did try to put it in but it would not let me. So, have put the smart and paper in a smart envelope with a note to explain and have emailed. The r number I got was for a packet. So, just wondering if who posted it has gotten mixed up or if it has thrown the whole weeks of postings out.

I'm supposed to be sending a first class letter on Wednesday but they've sent a second class envelope by mistake.
I have emailed, but given the time it's taking to get an answer at the moment, has anyone had this before, and did they advise to send it as it is or leave it?
    Thanks

Recently when I had the same I was told not to send the items (even though I could have added extra postage from all their stamps they send me?!!) and they would note my posting schedule.

I guess it messes with the way they time things etc

However I expect you will get a different answer:rotfl:
