One could also ask why they include Sunday as a report day for the Unaddressed Survey when they know RM doesn't work on a Sunday. After all, they don't include Sundays in the Correctly Delivered returns.
There was a mini (unpaid) survey done a while ago which was about items which didn't bear the RM insignia (eg DHL). We were asked to let them know who had sent the mail - presumably so that those organisations could be targeted to use RM instead.
its will be two fold
find out what and how much is being delivered by competitors and to identify which DOs are failing to deliver thier contracted D2D items
DOs need to report/explain all returned D2D items(eg excess items)
if they are failing to deliver them and end up with X% excess above the accepted level, then they need to explain it
I know of a manager who was recently dismissed for hiding/dumping undelivered D2D items0 -
Just received £5 Love2Shop voucher from TNS for completing the unaddressed mail surveys recently.
Didn't receive a great deal of unaddressed mail to record, very happy with reward.0 -

Anyone have an idea how much longer after requesting I be removed from the survey that I will continue to receive mailings from other members?
I requested I be removed nearly three weeks ago, but continue to receive a deluge of jiffy bags and letters every day, and the folks at TNS seem to have gone into hibernation and haven't responded to any Emails I've recently sent them.0 -

Normally 4-5 weeks. Long serving panelists will remember the good old days of Kantar when you could ring up and Joanne would answer the phone and would resolve your query straightaway.0 -

Oh, goody.
A couple of weeks overlap I can quite understand, but five weeks is a bit excessive!0 -
I seem to be back on the panel this week after doing the trial and not hearing anything for weeks. This week I had 2 smarts to send - not done this before so hope I've done it right!
Looks like there are 4 to come next week aswell.
Do you generally get stamps at the end of a month or the start of a month as I am still new to this?0 -
in recent months I have been receiving my incentive stamps with the posing pack for the first week of the month...it usually arrives in the week before the posting dates...frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

Thanks for that. Sounds as though my interpretation of the instructions could be right - ie include all items, not just those believed to be delivered by the postie.
The fact that others have been told not to include things they know were delivered other than by RM could be that they were misinformed by people in West Brom not understanding what they are meant to be measuring on this.0 -

Hear hear. That's when we all had confidence in the answer and everyone was doing the same thing.0
