Hi,
I've only just started sending the 'smarts' - so I'm still new to this.....On one of my posting it simply states :- send 'before the last collection' - does this mean ANYTIME as long as it's before the last collection (ie anytime from 9am-6pm??? OR just before final collection? - ie just before 6pm?) Thanks for any help.0 -

Yes it is anytime during the day - so when it suits you as long as before last collection.

Hope you can help.
I just have my first small box to post and the R number label says postage should be 1st 300p but on the box there are stamps worth £5.65. Is that ok?
Also, I'm to take it to the post office between 10am and 1pm but won't be able to do it then. Can I just post it at any other time?
And last but not least - I started sending test items in the week beginning 11th March and only got one lot of stamps so far (in my welcome pack and then nothing). Is this correct or have I missed out?0 -

That's not the case. People really should read what it says on the website.
Go to the News and Features section, scroll down and you will find information about the Unaddressed Mail survey. About 9/10 down the page you will find it describes what unaddressed mail is and says, "This category of mail includes takeaway menus, catalogues, local newspapers, insurance leaflets, and promotional literature."
If you are out when it arrives, how do you know which items come via the postman and which by other leaflet distributors? You can't know, so they are all included.0 -

Hi
I got the same small box as you. I'm sure it's ok.
Post on the day when you can. One of mine as 10am-1pm and I'll post on the way to work if post box or after work if post office. Date more important than time.
Did you receive a set of stamps when you sent stuff to Mr Hussey and another set with the first posting pack? After, I think it should be every month. (I've started to make a note on my calendar when I receive the stamps).Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -

Also, I'm to take it to the post office between 10am and 1pm but won't be able to do it then. Can I just post it at any other time? Yes, any time as long as it is the same day and before the PO closes.

Is this correct or have I missed out? I'm not "on active service" at the moment so don't know when the last regular issue of stamps happened. Someone may come along to confirm whether it was with the posting items for the previous week. If that's the case, I'd email them (phoning isn't working at the moment) to request stamps before the next regular distribution.0 -

I received a set of stamps with my welcome pack and nothing since then, not even when I completed my trial period.
One more question - do I just make up the box without using any tape? Isn't it going to fall apart/open in transport?0 -

I read that in the guidelines and that is why I asked, as I thought the same about not knowing when they arrived and whether it was the postaman who delivered them. I will log everything to be sure.2019 Prize Total - £0/0 Prizes 2018 Prize Total - £100/1 Prize 2017 Prize Total - £250/2 Prizes

I asked for clarification on this subject and was advised that if you are at home and able to identify that leaflets were delivered by distributors rather than the postie, do not include.
If you don't know who delivered them you can include them in the count. Can't see that this data can be very accurate but they are still paying us:)
You highlighted local newspapers/magazines and takeaway menus - we actually do receive these by the postie as well as by distributors!0
