Gone for me as well, but I think they still owe me a voucher, although to be honest I cant remember how many vouchers I have had!

Ive just started the unaddressed survey for the first time and although the page is there to record numbers of unaddressed mail there are no pictures at all. Is this normal?

I'm also recording unaddressed mail, and am finding similar. It seems to take a while before the pictures appear.

Yep, I started it this week for the first time too and no photos.

Do we have to record things like takeaway leaflets and local newspapers or is it just stuff that come with the post not addressed to anyone?
