Ok I sorted my smarts out and next weeks load, I currently have in "manage my smarts" 8 smarts 3 ready for use the others awaiting stock check. I have 2 smarts which are not on there, do I send these back?.

    Thanks.

Yes. They are probably mine. I've got smarts on the list which I don't have.

There was a letter in with the posting pack which arrived here today which mentioned the extra Smarts and to send them back.

(27th Feb 2013) Yes, I was 'rested' last year, resurrected in late autumn, put onto training (total waste of time - had been doing this for years before being rested), and then , er nothing. For several weeks. Nothing. No post to post, no email about it, but not 'rested'.

And then, with no reference to my autumn resurrection, I was 'resurrected', again, in late January. And given training, again.

And then, last week, formally rested again.

Someone at Kantar is really messing up...

(4th March 2013) Just to add, at the end of last week, I was told I was back on, again (third time now). How long will it last this time? A week? Two?

They really need to sort out their procedures - it's farcical. And this is a firm purporting to measure the performance of another! I wouldn't trust their data!

Update 14th April 2013: The March 'resurrection' was as short-lived as the others. And then, two weeks ago, I was back on again! Training again! And then, less than a week into through training (far too soon to have even had the returns from training yet), an email to say that my area is oversubscribed, so I'm off, again. Followed by the second mailing for training... (which I will, dutifully, send in, despite being told I'm off already!)

Someone at Kantar really is taking the Royal Mail for a ride with this spectacular inefficiency and duplication.

I've now been told I was back on the survey, and then taken off the survey, four times in the last few months. And 'retrained' three times. I'm not doing it wrong (had been doing it for years previously and always take care to get it right) so it's not me. It's Kantar being completely and spectacularly bonkers.

Zanderman - what explanation have they given you for your continuing saga?

I was started on retraining, then told no space but when I queried it was told the "no space" email was an error and I was on active list & I have been posting since then.

Have you tried phoning them to discuss as you might find you get it sorted? Might be worth trying to speak to a Manager (if they have such a person!)

I've signed up for this twice, and i've still not heard anything back?
  • I was one week into my 2nd retraining this time before getting the oversubscribed in my area email, before being laid off I was on the panel for at least 2 years I think it was.

Each time I got my retraining stamps and the 1st time I posted 4 training letters before being told there was no space, then the 2nd time as I said 1 week, so 6 letters posted for the 4 books of stamps so far, more profitable than being back on the main survey:rotfl:

Very similar to me. Rejoined a few weeks ago, in retraining, get my free stamps at the start of retraining, post 4 items during retraining then get the over-subscribed email to advise me that I would be removed from the survey for a few weeks.

Am I bothered ? Er no....Free stamps for posting 4 items:rotfl::rotfl:. TBH....Looking at how they get you to post a lot more packages and boxes at POs nowadays, I would have probably cancelled my subscription as and when this happened.

Anyway lets hope that I rejoin soon and get more free stamps for posting 4 items during retraining. You just can't beat total incompetence ;):rotfl::rotfl:.

Got some jiffy bags (packets) in my latest post pack. Can these be sent in a post box so long as it fits through?
