I have a quick question I was going to look up if anyone can help.
I have an item to post tomorrow between 1200 & 1700
when am I supposed to marked it on my account as "ready"? ( I have already got it ready) any time b4 that time? so today ok? or even during that time?? or tomorrow morning?
Also I will post it at the correct time but go on the account and mark it as sent later in the evening as I'm planning on going out, posting it but not retuning home until after 5pm, does this matter?
what's the correct thing to do?
thank you
Mark as ready for posting as soon as you have stuck on the information label and sealed the envelope even if this is days before you are due to post it. When you have posted it mark as posted. This can been done as soon as practical. Later that evening or even the next day or 2 is fine.0 -
Thanks very muchIf you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got...0

I have received an item (single A4 sheet) without an R number.
When I check the website I can see a picture of an item which is supposed to be coming my way but it does not exactly match the actual item received, although it is obviously from the same sender.
It looks like a make-money-quick scheme so I was about to throw it away. Anyone else received this and did yours match the picture exactly?
I will contact the office to check but I am likely to get a quicker answer here. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Ohh, I've just received a phone call and email telling me there are spaces in my area and inviting me to join again so I've done so. Will I have to go through all those weeks of boring training again though?0

I've had a very similar thing. Generally you have to have an exact match. Frequently you'll receive a series of very similar items from the same sender.
I've just had a series of very similar catalogs - one a week for 6 weeks - from one company. Obviously I won't name the company, but they did rather stand out and I'm sure the postman thought !!!!!! ?
Anyway, just make a note of the date and time that you received the item and keep checking back for an exact match.0
