No I am not a business sender I have just been doing
the sending training items, but wondered if I have to
register the smarts into my account to be sent, or if
they register them to me as I have got my first posting
pack but no details of it online yet
So perhaps the mail as been quicker than them

yipee just got invited back to my 6 month slot - thou how long that last for is anyones idea - not bad been rested for over a year!! x

I'm hoping they don't ask me back any time soon, quite happy doing the correctly delivered ones for the £5 voucher but it sounds like the posting one has become a bit of a pain.

I have been on test mail for 6 weeks now and I have the
last ones to send out next week and I have just received
a packet with 2 smarts and 2 brown envelopes to send out
    the week after next.
They say I am on mailstream/ pressstream ( is it complicated )
and will they register the 2 smarts that I have to send out
on my account, or do I have to say I have received them and
know who to send which smart to on first mailing
Sorry if I appear thick but I am mostly concerned about the
smarts, they have not appeared on my online list yet
    Thankyou
You should be advised which smarts to use closer to the posting date. Hopefully the ones you have will be on your list by then.

Thank you Norman I think I am just panicking a bit about
The smarts, as I wondered how they knew which ones were
In my stock, as when I check smarts in stock it is blank
Seems like my posting plan being put online will make it
    Al clearer
Thanks for help this is a useful site to read

    Hi Nudge,

If that pack you received is for wc 6th May the. It will not be on your online system yet. On Monday wc 6th May should appear and it will then tell you which smarts belong to which items. Hth :)

I've just received a white envelope with a Smart that had no stamp on it. It has got the yellow sticker with postage unpaid/deficient postage and a total to pay of 150p. The postie has just put it through letter box without knocking so I haven't had to pay. Is this something TNS do or is it a mistake? If it happens again and the postie asks for payment what would I do? I have checked FAQs but can't find anything about this.

I would phone them about it. It sounds odd to me as nobody else should know about the item apart from sender and you, postie should have left you a card to pay the £1.50 before you could have it, the stamp could have just fallen off. Or it could have been before the postage prices went up and they 'let you off' so to speak?
