Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I'm new at this.

I've just received my 3rd package of letters to post out, and was wondering how often you get rewarded with books of stamps? Is it monthly? Or less frequent than that? I received some stamps in my first lot of letters, but nothing in the subsequent 2.

Monthly. Normally with the first posting pack for the month.

Has anyone had an email today about remembering to put SMARTs into envelopes? I'm not aware I've missed any so I'm not sure if this is a general email or specifically meant for me!

It's just a generic email, I got one and my mam did too but we always include SMARTs so don't worry about it

Pfew! The company I used to work for used to send out general emails like this and it always made me paranoid that they were aimed at me!

Me too. Which was annoying as might be new but all my smarts went in the right envelopes.

Though I just got a received item which tells me after checking and recording ti put the insert back into the test item envelope before returning it to Research International.

Only - no return envelope.

Do I put it in the Smart return envelope or is this another glitch?
