Me too. Which was annoying as might be new but all my smarts went in the right envelopes.

Though I just got a received item which tells me after checking and recording ti put the insert back into the test item envelope before returning it to Research International.

Only - no return envelope.

Do I put it in the Smart return envelope or is this another glitch?

ignore it that was the old system having to return things does not apply any more.

Yes. Just checked my Smarts against the details in Manage My Smarts and they are correct. Looks like it's a reminder to everyone.

I have come to the end of my 6 month term ,used up all my smarts,and have a few Packet sized stamped envelopes still.I,m suposing I can keep them as I havent had any smarts or post with smarts for over 3 weeks now.

Seems they are sending out random emails again. I have just received an email telling me that i have not filled in any of my training info onto the computer so i may not get to continue. Wrote straight back saying yes i am up to date with it all. Minutes later i get another email saying to ignore 1st message. Someone is definately having problems sending emails this week!

Can someone let me know - the unadressed post surveys i have seen you all talking about, is this just for people that are resting or does it sometimes run alongside normal posting? Also does it stay on the daily task list for a little while or is first come first serve? Just wondering as i do check each day but at night time and didnt want to miss out. Hope all of my dribble has made some sense
