Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

I got my mini eggs (14 of them lol) 2 x books of stamps and a presentation set of Jane Austen stamps My last month.

I was invited to unaddressed survey from w/c 18 March for 5 weeks.

The first 2 weeks have been loaded and I have completed but still nothing online for this week.

Does anyone else have details for this week or is just the same old for this survey?

I have not been able to enter details on the webpage since our PC was upgraded to IE10, although I could sign in.

I eventually managed to do it via Google Chrome but TNS have now advised to use the compatibility button on the site - it worked.

So anyone else having problems worth trying this.

I've been using IE 10 since it was in beta and I also solved the problem by switching to Compatibility View - the torn page icon in the URL/Search box in the top left hand corner of the web browser, just click on it to switch to Compatibility View and the page should reload and work properly. It can also be accessed via the Tools menu in IE as well

Me too - and now only the last two weeks visible, not this or future weeks.

What's worse is- after I changed them all and sent the requested SMARTs back yesterday. Today when I logged in, the items had mysteriously changed back to the previous SMARTs, which I no longer had because they asked for them back! I couldn't change the info on their system, so I posted them and emailed them telling them what had happened. If their data is in a mess, it's their own silly fault. In the future, I will choose to ignore them!

I applied to join and got a call from the company saying they had nobody in our area and were pleased to accept my application.

I got an email saying they would send a pack out to me and login details - then nothing.

I will wait patiently - just one thing - What are SMARTS? I'm really curious

Seriously, they're flat electronic tracking devices which go in the envelopes and parcels.

Hi all, I applied to join the panel a while ago and received my first two test items today. One is to be sent today before last collection which is fine, but the other is listed as being due for sending yesterday.
What do I do with this letter?
