ive received a £5 love 2 shop voucher today for the unaddressed mail survey...I was on the wave that was due to start in Feb but didnt get going for sometime after that and finished with the data input 25th March

That should mean that other can expect a voucher soon too i think....

I think that's the dates I did - was wondering when they were going to send those out.

Hopefully should get mine soon too.

I received my £5 voucher today as well. I actually emailed them last week as although I have been going to the unaddressed survey regularly, there were never any pictures of what I was supposed to received except for the first week when there was one and to advise I had not yet received my voucher. They have taken me off this, but I'm happy I got the voucher.

I am now on a break from the normal posting and was asked to return all my Smarts yesterday so even happier.

My Unaddressed Survey is also still only showing as far as the end of last week as well, this survey has been chaotic from the word "go". I've saved my leaflets that came this week as they have been known to put the new weeks up late and expect us to still be able to enter the items online. I've done every week since it started, not sure if I have a voucher today as my post hasn't been yet

Interesting reading everyone's interpretation of what is happening with the unaddressed survey payments.

I sent them the following e-mail on 25 March asking for clarification of various points as far as I was concerned:


"Sorry to be a nuisance but I am becoming confused about the payments for the unaddressed survey.

I have been doing this since it started and know that I had definitely received all payments due for the period up to 4 February.

Last week I received a further £5 L2S voucher which I was informed covered the 2 weeks commencing 4th & 11th Feb.

Since then I have completed data from w/c 18 February to w/c 11 March i.e. a further 4 weeks. Shall I shortly receive a payment for this period?

I received an invite to also take part in the survey from last week (w/c 18 March) up to w/c 21 April i.e. 5 weeks. I had originally understood that this survey would be on-going and consist of 3 weeks each time but this now seems to have various timescales.

Can you clarify the correct timescale for each survey i.e. 3 weeks or variable and how soon after finishing a survey period I should receive my vouchers?"


Like everyone else it has not been possible to enter any information for this week and I have not received a reply to my e-mail, neither have I received a £5 L2S today.

I wonder if there is an "incompetent" separate team dealing with this particular survey as I have had really quick replies to other emails I have sent recently about other things.

I suppose it is just wait & see for a few more days to see what appears.

I think that just about sums up their organising skills if you are being paid for something you didn't do!

Hi, I've been reading through these posts - you all seem like a friendly bunch I've just signed up and I think I was successful but no email. Can anyone remember how long the email takes to arrive?

It depends on the spaces available in your area. I think it took me about 5 months from signing up to actually being put on the panel. This can vary though depending on what the demand is in your area.
