Hi, I've been reading through these posts - you all seem like a friendly bunch
I've just signed up and I think I was successful but no email. Can anyone remember how long the email takes to arrive?
Many thanks in advance
Hi, I signed up but got no email at all - not even a confirmation email to say they would be in touch sometime in the future, I left it around 3 weeks then sent them a polite email asking if they were full in my area? I got this reply and an hour later an email to say my welcome pack was on it's way - received it today :j
Thank you for your email.
Once you register on the website you would go on the “Reserve” panel until there is a space in your post code area.
Having checked on the system there is a space, and you should have received an automated email from us today welcoming you on to the survey.
You should get you first posting pack in the next two weeks and your log in details for the online website.
If you have any further queries please reply to this email or call us

Flossy....Glad you have been accepted on the panel...but perhaps you could just delete the telephone numbers in your above post....
Its just that the panel is supposed to operate in a more confidential manner than including identifiable information...this thread as you know is available to anyone who chooses to look and that includes people who work for the royal mail...sadly if you get identified as a panelist by royal mail staff you will probably be asked to leave.
We've probably all done it at one time or another...but its quite important to the panel that things are kept confidential and information isnt leaked out however innocently!
Its probably a good time to give all posters old and new a gentle reminder not to share any identifiable information about the postings you make or where they come from on this thread.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

When I got my next set of letters to post yesterday it stated they wanted me to post a box in the post box after 1pm but before final collection. The last post in my area is at 1:30pm and the Post Office closes from 1pm to 2pm so I don't know what they expect me to do. However I think I'll post it in another Post Office after 1pm that day instead.
I received my £5 love 2 shop voucher yesterday as well which was for the unaddressed mail survey. I think I should have received more than one voucher considering it was supposed to be for three weeks and not the eight weeks I ended up entering results for. :eek:0 -
Hi guys,
I have some packets that I think were stamped just before the price increase (I've got a little behind with easter etc)..they're stamped at £2.70 and I'm pretty sure these have gone up to £3 now? I don't want to post these as I guess the receiver would have to pay at the other end. I would email TNS but they seem quite content in ignoring any emails I ever send.0 -
Hi wondered if anyone could help. I signed up and got accepted. Sent some test ones for about 6 weeks. The last one was february and havent heard anything since. Have i done something wrong or is this normal. Thanks0

Might be sensible to phone them as they may want you to return direct to them.0 -

Usually you should be told you are now on active list and receive "proper" postings. Suggest you contact them as it is possible they have now discovered they have enough people on the live panel in your area.
I presume you have already checked online to see if you should be posting anything.0 -

I often have scheduled posting for Saturday after 1.00pm at the PO. Not possible as last collection is before then so I always post in the morning. Never been any problem.
If you have not received enough vouchers, contact them. The whole payment schedule for this survey has been chaotic.0 -
As people seem to have received L2S vouchers for the unaddressed survey, I'm wondering if anyone else, who was expecting to receive one, didn't get it yesterday? Normally they all seem to be sent out and received by panellists on the same day. Just wanted to check that I was not alone before I decide to contact them.
