One of the problems with this unaddressed mail survey is that they, eventually, seem to put all the weeks up on the site and you can enter details but they don't necessarily recruit you to every week. So maybe the recent batch of vouchers were for weeks you weren't, in their eyes, due to be submitting.

They also seem to be sending out emails ahead of the batches going out in order to say they will be on their way - perhaps because they are a bit behind with this.

Try phoning on Monday.

Though the extra weeks were available for you to enter details, you may not have been expected by them to have carried on for the extra 5 weeks. I certainly received an email at one time saying that weeks would be available on-line but I was not meant to enter data!

I received an email stating that it had been extended!

You're not alone!!! I'm exactly the same as you maplegirl,except that I only did 4 weeks.
I emailed them and they said they'd send out my next posting pack but that was a couple of weeks ago.

So I think I'll probably email them again.

On my posting plan for 17th april the last one out of 5 is "response services" under posting type and 1st class post box before last collection, now all the others are envelopes I have nothing for this one , tbh it could have been some junk mail before I knew I had to keep it!!!. What do I send?, it will cost me money to just send a smart to it.

It was meant to be a business response service printed envelope with the address which appears on the posting plan. Does the list at the end of the posting plan show that they had picked it to be included? They may have made a mistake and not sent the envelope so just tell them.

Sending the smart in anything other than the proper envelope is not something you should do as that is not the service which is being measured.

Hi,

I was told i would recieve a first sender pack on the 29th of last month and i still havnt recieved it. It also said i would get an email when they are sending it out however ive still had no email and no pack. I decided to email them and for the last 3 emails ive sent i get a responce back every 3 hours saying failed: will try again in 3 hours and it does this 4 times then says failed. please resent.???

any help ?

This is what happened to me too. I emailed them and they replied that I should have received an email from them letting me know that they were full in my area, they apologised and said that should a space become available they will be in touch again.

It seemed silly that I had done the training for nothing
