Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

It could be - my items to post dropped off to 2-3 a week close to when I was finishing my 6 months, when I used to get 6-7 items a week on average.
I hope they can get these surveys in hand because its too chaotic at the moment, I've noticed a few people wondering if its worth continuing...
Excellent news - thanks! Time for a break from this - it's become too tedious, too chaotic and I've accumulated far too many stamps!0 -
For the last 2 or 3 weeks SMARTs received have been pretty well non-existent. And items to post have dropped to 2 or 3 a week. Both a welcome reduction!
Been doing this for far too long now without a break - is this a sign that I'm about to get one?
Could be because of the new smarts see news page x:)"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Now into month 2, when will they stop wanting me to post letters to Mr WH?
Do you get confirmation that the things you've posted are received? I've never had a problem when selling on ebay but would just like to know...0 -

Training i.e.letters to Mr WH last for 7 weeks.
You never receive confirmation of anything you post. From time to time you might get an email asking you to confirm whether something you sent was recorded correctly on the website - usually because the smart shows it should have been delivered quicker than you record.0 -
Custardy- I do live in a built up area, a housing estate- but my county overall might be considered rural by those who live in the cities. Anyway- fact is fact and this conversation is pointless.
I'm annoyed with TNS today, they've suddenly decided to recall 90% of my SMARTS. Now, I know they are changing them over- but they've recalled ones that I've allocated to items and have changed these on the system. It's a good job I received an item today, or I would have happily posted the item tomorrow, oblivious to the fact that they've been mucking around with my allocations! Has anyone else had this? I've had to un-seal items and swap SMARTS around- seems like bad management on their part.Minimalist

I'm surprised if you had already allocated the Smarts on the system that they would do this. I would have been inclined to ignore what they had done & just send them off as you had already sealed them, etc.0 -

[Hope you are feeling much better now.]
I didn't keep a note but I did enter the details online. I emailed them about the voucher and they stated something along the line that my voucher will be posted shortly although I have participated every day since February. :eek:0 -
I have to post a packet second class, but all the packets i received got 1st class stamp on. Do I use that regardless, or correct the stamp by myself?0

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago. I emailed the helpdesk and they told me not to send the items out. But let them know so that they can record that those items were flawed and not that you failed to send them.0 -
Hi All
I have been doing these Royal Mail surveys for a few months now and I have definitely noticed the number of letters/parcels/packets being sent and received has increased.
It is not too bad for me as I work in a large town centre so have my pick of post offices and post boxes.
My query is about magazines/letters etc received from companies.
I received a magazine in March which has never shown on my list - on the site it says to send it to them so they can log it - has anyone ever sent anything to them (I have not seen it mentioned), if you send it what address do you use?
I have received the April magazine more recently and this was showing.
I got a letter the other week and that is still not showing either.
Thanks0
