Also, when I receive items from companies, the slip inside seems to suggest that I should be sending the whole item back to TNS? I've just been recording it as I do other items of post, as I've never received instructions from TNS to that effect? But, am I doing something wrong? Thanks
You don't have to send anything back!0 -

I just joined the royal mail survey,
I just recived an email saying my first sender pack is on its way,
What I'm I to expect in this pack.
I have to admit I went into this a bit blind, not knowing what I've signed up for.The idea of free stamps got the better of me.Jane x0 -
The first few weeks are test packs.
All the instructions are in the pack and the website.
Basically a few different sized envelopes which you stick the numbered inserts in (according to the instructions in the pack) and address either by hand or using the pre-printed labels. It'll tell you which days they need posting, and if you go onto the website the advanced column will tell you what time and whether from a post box or post office.
They'll all be addressed to the same place till you get the hand of it. It's not exactly rocket science, but any questions folks on here are pretty helpful. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
After doing the training for 3-4 weeks I've just received an email saying they're putting me on a break! The email says I can continue doing the correctly delivered survey, but I have no idea what this is or how I participate in it?0

The correctly delivered is a website one that you fill in each day to say how many items were correctly delivered, how many you've had that have been sent to the wrong house, and how many left on the doorstep.
There's normally an invite when you log into the website, but you need to check regularly (every day, usually in the morning) as it's first come first served and if you wait for the email invite it's often too late. They're quite popular as it's a £5 voucher for very little effort. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Hi guys - Quick question, when using smarts do I have to use the one that is on the online posting schedule or can I use any one I have in stock? Simply because the ones it's listed on the schedule I haven't got! Thanks in advance.Hobnobs are like marines0
