I have been active member since the end of January and, so far, I have found that the number of items I am being asked to send doesn't justify the rewards.

On a typical week I am being asked to post approximately seven items at various times of day from a variety of locations - seriously, what does it matter if I post a letter at 10:00 or 16:00 if they're not collected before 17:00 anyway?

And the amount of stuff I am receiving is bordering on the ridiculous. Not just the survey items from other members, but the amount of paperwork from TNS. I must have more large brown envelopes than WH Smith.
It doesn't matter what time you post so long as it is before the final collection, all my items for the day go in at the same time - I asked and they said this was fine as my box only has one collection a day anyway :)

New to this, it says on the sheet for posting a letter "post office" does this mean that I have to go into the PO and ask them to put the letter in their outgoing post?

Can anyone explain what the holiday record is for?
I diligently fill it in, but Kantar keep asking me to do stuff whilst I'm away. It's getting a bit ludicrous. They pay (in stamps) for posting stuff, but I get nothing for all the time I spend contacting them to say 'you've done it again!".

I cottoned on to that pretty quickly. I can't even recall the last time I saw a post box that states it has more than one collection a day anyway.

Think I am going to request I be removed from the survey and allow someone else to experience the fun of hoarding seven or eight letters/packages a week - plus all the material that goes with it - along with receiving two or three items a day, with the occasional pigeon racing magazine.

I wouldn't mind so much if it was a case of two or three items per week - both ways - but it's not, and either TNS are desperate for results from my area, or someone is taking the mickey.

I've only been posting for 1 month and have had 7 - 10 items a week to post, receiving 2 - 5 per day to input then I get an email today asking me to send any outstanding Smarts back as I'm leaving!

I've noted also the amount we have to do now is so much more than what we used to do.

Today I received my" first two test items" pack containing 2 books of stamps.

As I never received my original pack in January but did receive 3 posting schedules for February should I have received stamps for that.

Todays pack included instructions the paperwork I received in February had no instructions but I posted the letters as instructed and muddled through the website. I am thinking if I received the original pack they may have been stamps included.

    Your comments would be appreciated.

That's OK. Just post on Friday and Monday as normal even though they are bank holidays.
