I don't think the price of (stamped) large letters are going up. For stamped post it's only packets/parcels that are increasing in cost.

maybe they have just changed the colour of the large letter stamp so it doesnt look so much like the old first class one...i assumed the colour change was a price change ...but either way you wont not spot these lovely red ones on large letters!

I got my £5 voucher today as well for the Unaddressed survey - for me this included two weeks when they told me to ignore those weeks.

Been away for a few days & returned to find £5 voucher for the unaddressed survey.

According to an email I received on 15 March, this is supposed to be for w/c 4 & 11 February, which doesn't appear to be accurate, as these were the 2 weeks you didn't have to complete and £5 payment is supposed to be for 3 weeks entries.

What weeks do you think this payment covers, as with all of this, I am becoming totally confused? I would like someone else's thoughts before I send them an email to see what fable they tell me:)

Sorry to ask but how long does retraining last? I have done 2 weeks, break for 1 week, then another 2 weeks on top. Does week 6 involve sending items to panelists? Many Thanks :)

    Hi

I think it's about 5-6 weeks. I'm the same as you-2 weeks, nothing, then 2 weeks.:)

Hi, been doing the survey for about 5 months now and really enjoy it. I had read on here that people usually get an Easter gift, like mini eggs, but I haven't. Also, is anyone else on a week off this week? I think they've muddled up my holiday dates as didn't even get a break over Christmas! I've got about 3 items for the week after Easter and then, I'm on holiday for a week.

Also, when I receive items from companies, the slip inside seems to suggest that I should be sending the whole item back to TNS? I've just been recording it as I do other items of post, as I've never received instructions from TNS to that effect? But, am I doing something wrong? Thanks
