I got my £5 voucher today as well for the Unaddressed survey - for me this included two weeks when they told me to ignore those weeks. As they have paid me anyway then I don't really care but think I will just complete all weeks that appear as they seem to be paying us for all of them. Not looking forward to doing the main survey again, Unaddressed and Correctly Delivered are so much easier and better paid :)

  • Hi,

I'm new to all this & just on my 2nd week of training.
Next week I've got to post on Friday (Good Friday) So do I go ahead & do as they ask or hang onto it until the following Friday?

    Thanks in advance :-)

    Email them - postalsurvey@research-int.com

If you don't get a reply by Wednesday, call them on 0800 015 3150

They may even realise that they aren't doing very well at organising things.

Ha ha! I did see a theme from the rest of the thread, that they are useless & you guys all know what's happening!
    Thanks for your response.

This happened to me last year - got mail to be posted on a bank holiday. They said to post it on the same day the following week, although I'd email them to let them know you are doing that :)

I wouldn't bother contacting them. I would post on the Good Friday or wait until the following week. You will be informing them of the day you posted when you enter the details online. Save yourself the aggro of calling them and just choose the day that suits you.
  • As one of the options in the drop down box, when you record items you have posted, and it says what is the day on the post box, is Bank Holiday, then you should post it on the Bank Holiday.
