dropsofjupiter wrote: »Hi guys - Quick question, when using smarts do I have to use the one that is on the online posting schedule or can I use any one I have in stock? Simply because the ones it's listed on the schedule I haven't got! Thanks in advance.
The following is the information in the faq on the website -
The item is showing a SMART that I do not have in stock. What do I do?
Do not worry. If you have a SMART, which is listed as ‘Awaiting Stock Check’ or ‘Ready for Use’, you may use this in any item, as long as you verify the code of the SMART you use. You will need to click on the test item to prepare it ready for posting and then select the SMART you wish to use from the drop down list.
Always worth looking at either faq or training if you are not sure about something.

I never received my first senders pack last November, and in January I had 4 lots of letters to forward on. I entered everything as one should then I got the "over subscribed in your area".
I was then invited to apply for "Correctly delivered survey starting 25th March" ................no post from them yesterday so tried to log the fact on the website and I do not see anywhere that you can log a "non delivery". Emailed in and response did not make sense -
" Please confirm the item number of any items you’ve not received and are unable to post and we will make a note of this on the system. "
How can I log down the item numbers if I have not received them? Am I missing something here. Is there somewhere on the website that tells me what to expect in the post - any help would be gratefully received.
Today I receive an email saying "my first senders pack is on its way"
I never did receive any stamps for January's efforts.SallyD0 -
I have been active member since the end of January and, so far, I have found that the number of items I am being asked to send doesn't justify the rewards.
On a typical week I am being asked to post approximately seven items at various times of day from a variety of locations - seriously, what does it matter if I post a letter at 10:00 or 16:00 if they're not collected before 17:00 anyway?
And the amount of stuff I am receiving is bordering on the ridiculous. Not just the survey items from other members, but the amount of paperwork from TNS. I must have more large brown envelopes than WH Smith.0 -
Yay! Re-training over and back in the system; just got my first proper test items to post. Nice Jane Austen presentation pack of stamps too.
P.S. Even the sun is shining today. :easter_ba No mini-eggs this year, though. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Have you actually received a reward yet ?
I feel the same.
I have received two sets of 12 first class stamps and two sets of four large stamps. Oh, and a London Underground presentation pack. So that's about £30.00 worth of stamps in the past two months.
It hardly seems worth it, especially if you try and stick rigidly to the frequently ludicrous schedule and locations they would like you to send the items from.
Last week, for example, they wanted me to send a letter before 10:00, then a package from the post office but after 13:00, before finishing the day by sending another letter after 13:00 but from a post box before final collection. Like I'm going to go out of my way and make three trips...
I know times are hard and every little helps, but there are better ways of gaining a bit of pocket money (who doesn't sell their stamps on eBay, eh?), and if I never see another issue of British Homing World again it will be too soon.0 -
Just had an email with a pdf from them saying things were going to change over the next couple of weeks and they will try to call me to answer any questions I have. I'm assuming this is just part of the re-training?0

I've only been posting for 1 month and have had 7 - 10 items a week to post, receiving 2 - 5 per day to input then I get an email today asking me to send any outstanding Smarts back as I'm leaving!0
