Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

Yay - just got my posting pack for the week after next and it contained a little box of Cadbury mini eggs0
-
Today I received my" first two test items" pack containing 2 books of stamps.
As I never received my original pack in January but did receive 3 posting schedules for February should I have received stamps for that.
Todays pack included instructions the paperwork I received in February had no instructions but I posted the letters as instructed and muddled through the website. I am thinking if I received the original pack they may have been stamps included.
Your comments would be appreciated.
I think you'll have to phone them and explain. I know there was a problem at the beginning of the year with packs not being sent out. To be fair, I've generally found them very helpful on the helpline (just remember to have your User-id to hand).0 -
I joined last month...was told I would receive an email...didn't receive anything ATALL since joining, not even a confirmation or "welcome" - I've checked my spam folder too.
I can log on as used the "forgot my password"
its just gives a long list of "training" to read through which I have done...I added a post box / office but not received anything in the post
...does this mean I'm unsuccessful? .. rested? need to email them?
confused:huh:
any ideas any one??
ps I have a good idea for the excessive stamps people seem to be complaining about - postal competitions! .... or that might just be meIf you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got...0 -
I don't find this survey onerous at all, but then I work from home and am frequently going to the Post Office with eBay items. I also live less than a minutes walk from a post box currently which is dead handy! I've pretty much been sticking to all the posting times, although it does seem odd to me because there is only ever one collection a day. If I have to walk items to the Post Office when I'm not going anyway, I just see it as my 10 minutes exercise for the day! I found it all very straight forward from the start, with the instructions given on the website and in the packs. I do think the reward could be a little higher, but I'm pretty much keeping myself in stamps which has to be a good thing- they're sooooo expensive now!Minimalist

After doing the training for 3-4 weeks I've just received an email saying they're putting me on a break!
As previously mentioned, I received an email saying they were putting me on a break, yet this week I have received as normal my letters to send back to mr w. h.
Should I carry on and just send them, or ignore them since they said I was going in a break?
Also, how often do we expect to receive stamps? I had one set with the very first lot of letters to send, now I think I'm onto my 5th week maybe? Also no nice Easter goodies0 -
Just had phone call from Royal Mail confirming they have spots open in my area and my welcome pack or something will be coming to me in the next few days.
Bloke on the phone was really nice too0 -

You only get one set of stamps during training. If the letters you are due to post are on the system I'd just post as normal.0 -

i've received a magazine in the post today which is pictured on my display images tab but the unique identification code is 2 digits out. Should I just keep hold of it and keep checking?0

The same thing happened to me when I was re-training recently and when I contacted them was told the email had been sent in error!! and that I was on the active panel.
If you want to make sure, you could email them but if you have received more schedules I should think you are still "active"0
