I agree about the re-training, waste of time.
Perhaps they need some re-training of their own:rotfl:[STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

During my last stint on the Correctly Delivered survey I had problems on several days when items clearly addressed to me were delivered wrongly to other addresses in the village. It is only because I was at home 24/7 and saw them being put into my outside postbox later in the day by other villagers that I realised they hadn't been delivered to me by the postman. On one occasion they were put in my box about midnight on the Sunday so how long they had lain undealt with by the mistaken recipient I don't know! We are not talking about one or two wrongly delivered items, there were at least 6 on each occasion:eek:. On mentioning this to neighbours etc it appears that the same thing happens to them frequently too.0

I enter the total number received on a day (I don't wait to count the total for the week.) Probably tempting fate to say this, but the jumping about from day to day has stopped now for my entries.
Then if something is pictured later on which has already been counted, I complete the entries about date of receipt and reduce that day's total accordingly (as that is meant to exclude the pictured items).
They leave the weeks up for so long that there hasn't been a problem in correcting earlier entries in line with the above.0 -

It really depends on whether once the data is entered it is recorded as entered somewhere or whether you can re enter and it change a days totals at a later date, as the data seems to jump about by itself once it has been entered in future I think I'm just going to enter a total for the week rather than each individual day:("Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

This is getting beyond a joke. Wednesday, another email received telling me they are sending me extra smarts to give me enough for my posting schedule. This was received Thursday, but on logging on again they ask me to send one of the 2 smarts they have sent straight back to them, which I have done this morning with my posting.
Just received next weeks postings only to find 8 items to post next week, think this might be a record for me, 2 of which say add smart, but I dont have any smarts as they asked me to send the 1 I had back. This is due to be posted Tuesday, so who knows if I will receive a smart in the post before then. How are you supposed to prepare your postings when you dont have the smarts as they told me in the email if no smart do not post  I cant wait to finish dealing with this lot its driving me mad.
One good thing is I received my March stamps in today's postings0 -

It is important that you include a SMART in items that your online posting schedule asks you to.
If you do not have a SMART in stock at the time, please wait until you receive one direct from TNS.
Not sure if that means that you don't post on the day you should if you have no smart now?

Interesting that in different places they have different instructions.
1. Yours quoted above
2.
**If you have no SMARTs in stock that you can allocate to items then please hold the item until a SMART becomes available. The item can then be posted on the next available date or the same day the following week**
This was on an email from them that I received this week. This is interesting in itself as you always used to have to send letters on the same day the following week if you couldn't post on the allocated day.
"
3. If you look under "Training - completion of training", there is the following
If the schedule is asking you to "Add SMART" but you have no SMART’s in stock that you can allocate then please send the item without a SMART and let us know by selecting "None added" from the drop down menu.
No wonder everyone is confused nowadays.
Perhaps one of us should offer to produce a clear set of instructions for them! And as a "Consultant" could be a nice little earner

Just got my invitation back to the main panel, I've only been off for 4 months. I accepted with reluctance as I'm not happy about what I've heard on here about increasing numbers of items to post and more boxes, I'll have to see how it goes. I prefer the Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed (even with all the problems) surveys, at least I actually get paid for those - most of the stamps get given away to relatives as we don't send that many letters and parcels2020 Wins:

Just started in January and so far I have received about £40.00 in benefits this includes stamps, a commemorative pack of stamps for the Underground and also a Magazine. I haven't had any problems at all. Admittedly sometimes from their website or paperwork things are not explained properly, however this site has been invaluable, I'm so glad I came across it because it has answered so many of my queries! I have got four items to post next week which is the most so far but I don't go out of my way to post items, I'm generally going past a post box anyway. So far so good, hope things continue like this as it sounds like some people experience lots of problems, fingers crossed. It is definitely worth doing for the value of stamps you get.0
