My unaddress mail section keeps changin itself. E.g. if I put 2 on Tuesday when I next log in it will say 2 on Monday.
I've decided to just let this be when it happens.
My responsibility is to ensure that I enter information accurately. If I've done that, then TNS is responsible for what happens after that.0 -
I got some unadressed mail today, but until the pictures for this week appear I don't know where to enter it, if I enter it in the box for today, sure as eggs are eggs later in the week/next week the pictures will appear, which means I should have entered them there instead!:rotfl:"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Well I think they are getting worse, no one answers the phone and no one responds to e-mails.[STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

Difficult to decide, really, isn't it? Which is the more disorganised - Royal Mail or the company supposed to be monitoring them?0

I've had to contact them several times recently with legitimate queries and either the telephone 'helpline' is unmanned or they take about 7 days to respond to an email:eek:
During my last stint on the Correctly Delivered survey I had problems on several days when items clearly addressed to me were delivered wrongly to other addresses in the village. It is only because I was at home 24/7 and saw them being put into my outside postbox later in the day by other villagers that I realised they hadn't been delivered to me by the postman. On one occasion they were put in my box about midnight on the Sunday so how long they had lain undealt with by the mistaken recipient I don't know! We are not talking about one or two wrongly delivered items, there were at least 6 on each occasion:eek:. On mentioning this to neighbours etc it appears that the same thing happens to them frequently too.
It wasn't a relief postman or anything, just the regular guy who has delivered to us for years,so if he could make so many errors I wanted it to be noted by the people who are responsible for collating the data we enter efficiently and accurately.
I eventually received a response from the compamy and they said basically they were'nt interested in the problem and were just monitoring other people's post that is wrongly delivered to a panellist.
I felt the whole monitoring system was a waste of time and have signed myself off from doing it again.
I can understand them not being interested in mail delivered incorrectly to your neighbour, all the correctly delivered survey is interested in is how many letters you had delivered to your house and how many of them were delivered incorrectly (To a different number ie 53 instead of 51, or the wtrong street) if they start taking account things that are posted incorrectly to non panalists it would skew the survey figures:("Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Yes, I was 'rested' last year, resurrected in late autumn, put onto training (total waste of time - had been doing this for years before being rested), and then , er nothing. For several weeks. Nothing. No post to post, no email about it, but not 'rested'.
And then, with no reference to my autumn resurrection, I was 'resurrected', again, in late January. And given training, again.
And then, last week, formally rested again.
Someone at Kantar is really messing up...0 -
It just seems to be a mass recruitment and don't care about the people who's been there before and out in all weathers. In March be a yr that I've been rested! xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

What they really need is a system where they take on only 12,000 at a time. 6,000 to do say Jan - June and then 6,000 to do July to Dec. When people apply if there is no space in their area they get a message tell them there is no space in the area but to try again in a few weeks to check. That way people would not just get through training to be rested again. A bit like a one out one in system rather than just leaving the portal open for many people to apply.0 -

The stupid thing is that the training doesn't even cover things that have changed (which I thought was the point in making experienced panelists do it again). It's just bog standard letters - they don't tell you that boxes are now standard items, not one-off specials. :mad:0
