I have posted all my items for February and received no incentive. I was "rested" up until January. I have e-mailed but never had a response. Anyone else find them hopeless responding?

Have you now moved on from the re-training we all have to do?

I received stamps with my first retraining schedule but not sure if you get any more until you are on full posting duties.

I have found in the past that if you don't get a reply to your email it is better to phone them but certainly sounds from comments on here that you have to wait for replies from emails nowadays.

I'm over a month waiting for email replies and ave given up hope of getting one now! If it's urgent then I'd give them a ring.

Does anybody know what 'Standard return envelopes are'? I'm guessing these are what I need to send back the test items to them, do they just have a freepost address on them?

You don't need to return test items to TNS anymore - this sounds like old stationery (items used to be sent back to them). The only envelopes that we have now are the ones for returning SMARTS to them - HTH

If you look under News & Features when you log in you will find information on all surveys.

It says "during your time on the[STRIKE] Unidentified[/STRIKE] Unaddressed Mail Measurement you will be measuring receipt of actual (live) mail items delivered by Royal Mail and other companies".

I think there was an earlier discussion about the interpretation of this on this thread.

Personally I only enter the items that arrive with the postman - [STRIKE]rightly or [/STRIKE]wrongly. I think all of this data is suspect as many of us find that previously entered data is showing under incorrect days when you log in later.

There are instructions if you want to contact them to clarify anything to do with the survey.

I have just finished the second of a 4 week stint with the unaddressed mail. I have not received any of the items in all these 8 weeks but I look after a house at the other end of town and they have had all the items and more so I think they are just testing to see what areas are getting these adverts delivered. I am sure I got a £10 for the first survey so hope we get the same this time:D

Are you sure? I have had three test items through which ask me to put the insert back in and return to them?

Yes, I'm quite sure. I think this problem comes about as company panel members have not changed their stationery to reflect that this is no longer necessary.
Several years ago all test items were returned to Kantar and we used to be sent a special envelope for these returns in with our posting pack.

However they then decided that this was no longer required, so stopped sending us the large envelopes.

It's typical of the current state of things with TNS that they haven't ensured that companies change their inserts, hence adding to he general confusion :(

I have got nothing showing as out going for next weeks training. Hope they have not rested me after one weeks training. Last time I was on training it just used to update itself at midnight on Sunday with the following weeks items.

I've not long finished retraining, after 6 months break, and remember that sometimes it wasn't till midweek that the following weeks training showed up, so wouldn't worry yet.
